Shipping & processing times
We offer free standard shipping for all orders. If you need your order expedited, please choose Express shipping  ($19.99)  at checkout. All orders will ship out in 1-2 business days. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped out on the following business day . A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.
 
Lost & stolen packages
Birthday Ave. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will provide the order tracking number, date of confirmed delivery, and any additional information to assist you with your claim investigation with the shipping carrier.

Refunds/Exchanges

Birthday Ave only offers store credits for exchanges for the same item or store credit if the desired size is out of stock. If the item is in stock, we will ship the requested size upon receipt of your returned item. To receive an exchange, please email us your name, order #, and the name of the item(s) you would like to return within 3 calendar days after deliveryIf we find any signs of wear, we reserve the right to deny your return. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all exchanges. When emailing us, please include your name and order number.

Defective items

We do our best to inspect every item before adding to our inventory.                        If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please email us at you@birthdayave.com within 3 calendars after delivery. When emailing us, please include your name and order number along with a pic of the damage/defect.
