Refunds/Exchanges
Birthday Ave only offers store credits for exchanges for the same item or store credit if the desired size is out of stock. If the item is in stock, we will ship the requested size upon receipt of your returned item. To receive an exchange, please email us your name, order #, and the name of the item(s) you would like to return within 3 calendar days after delivery. If we find any signs of wear, we reserve the right to deny your return. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all exchanges. When emailing us, please include your name and order number.
Defective items
We do our best to inspect every item before adding to our inventory. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please email us at you@birthdayave.com within 3 calendars after delivery. When emailing us, please include your name and order number along with a pic of the damage/defect.
